Meander our private trails and streams, hone your disc golf skills on our private course or the nearby brewery, or summit Pine Hill by hiking the nearly 400 acres of conservation land the property connects to. The network of trails available can be enjoyed by people of all ages during all 4 seasons. Want some breathtaking vistas? Try the nearby Rattlesnake Mt. Add a mini-cave and ladder climb by opting for the Morgan and Percival loop. Or maybe it's a lake day - but which one? Access Squam or Winnepesaukie within 5 minutes from several nearby boat launches, or enjoy a short walk through the Chamberlin Preserve to one of the best swimming spots in the state. These are just a few of options - we offer several curated itineraries for your convenience. After a day out grab some beers at the Twin Barns brewery or Gusto taphouse. Wine more your thing? Use it to wash down AMAZING Italian fare at Gusto (and go back for breakfast and lunch at their cafe!). Or, just chill with a home cooked meal at the Yurt while listening to some tunes on our Bluetooth system and checking out our the gallery of local artwork which lend to the overall VIBE.
